MOJO world eats & drink comprehensive sanitation guidelines:
• Setting guidelines for all staff & management related to proper cleanliness & BEST practices, i.e. hand washing, face touching & the use of masks and gloves.
• Establishing wellness screenings for staff & guests entering MOJO, including temperature checks, & requiring staff who feel sick to remain at home.
• All staff are trained in updated protective programs & disinfection protocols, including high-touch surfaces, food preparation areas & shared public spaces.
• Curbside carryout: all staff will be in masks and gloves
Health & safety processes & practices in place:
• Available sanitizer stations near entry doors, dining room & restrooms
• Single use paper menus 
• Hands free restroom door openers
• Clearly marked zones for curbside and carry-out service
• The use of masks & gloves by staff
• Certified sanitation of all areas of the restaurant including doors, entrance, dining room, bar, kitchen & restrooms, including microbe prevention system
• Certified sanitation of all dishes, silverware, glassware & linen
• Consistent before & after sanitation of dining/kitchen spaces, tabletops, chairs & doors
• Frequent sanitation of restrooms including booths, sinks, hooks, dispensers & commodes
• Ill or symptom felt customers are asked to cancel or leave the restaurant
• Certified periodic professional sanitation fogging & microbe prevention program
